Niji sushi Bar’s 7th annual Sushi competition! Win a trip to japan if record of 1:59 is beaten, other a $300 prize to winner. Eat a selection of Delicious sushi (1.8kg). If completed in under 15 mins the sushi is free, otherwise $50.
