Rules (if applicable) : For qualification: 1: Weigh the strawberries on camera first. Put your bowl on a set of scales and hold the reading steady and readable to the camera before you start. 2: Show the clock. Start a visible timer or stopwatch in frame, or count yourself in clearly so the 60 seconds can be verified. 3: One hand only, one strawberry at a time. Your other hand stays behind your back and in shot for the whole minute. Lift a single strawberry, then the next — you can have more than one in your mouth, but you may only ever pick up one at a time. 4: Eat for exactly one minute. Stay in frame the whole time. Your hands, the bowl and your face need to stay visible. 5: Weigh again on camera. The moment time is called, put what's left back on the scales and hold the reading steady to the camera. 6: Swallow everything. Show an empty mouth at the end — anything not swallowed doesn't count toward your weight. 7: Post it publicly on your Facebook or Instagram, then send SSS Strawberries the link in the entry form. Rules on the day will be similar, briefed by the Guinness World Record adjudicator and must be strictly followed to avoid disqualification.

To celebrate their 25th anniversary, contestants will have just one minute to eat as many strawberries from SSS Strawberries as possible. The winner will walk away with $10,000. Nothing will be left behind as competitors fiercely battle it out at SSS Strawberries Farm in Bundaberg Saturday 19 September 1pm. Do you have what it takes to set a Guinness World Record and claim the prize?

To enter, competitors must submit a qualifying video to show their skills, with a select few being invited to the event on the day for their shot at eternal glory. A Guinness World Record attempt with a GWR officiator to determine whether the World Record has been broken.
