Rules (if applicable) : Each competitor will be provided with • 16 Pulled Brisket Sliders (Pro), 8 Pulled Brisket Sliders (Amateur) • Bottled Water Competitors must place their hands flat on the table prior to the start of the competition. The judge will count in the start of the competition with a 3-2-1 count down. Only one Pulled Brisket Slider can be consumed at a time. Consumption of the next Pulled Brisket Slider can commence only after the first Pulled Brisket Slider is completely in the mouth (The previous Pulled Brisket Slider can be chewed while the next Pulled Brisket Slider is picked up). At no time can there be two (2) Pulled Brisket Sliders in competitors’ hands at any time, or a 1 Pulled Brisket Slider penalty will be applied. Consumption of the next Pulled Brisket Slider can commence while there is still food in the mouth. All Pulled Brisket Sliders must be consumed. The first person to consume all Pulled Brisket Sliders within the 10 minute period will be declared the winner. Should the 10 minute period elapse before all Pulled Brisket Sliders are consumed, the person who consumes the most Pulled Brisket Sliders will be declared the winner. Any parts of the Pulled Brisket Slider or its ingredients dropped either on the table or floor must be eaten for the Pulled Brisket Slider to count. Failure to do so will result in a 1 Pulled Brisket Slider penalty. Dunking the Pulled Brisket Slider in water or pouring of water over the Pulled Brisket Sliders is not permitted. “Picnic Style” rules apply At the end of the 3 minutes, chimpmunking will be allowed. Water may be consumed once the timer has elapsed. A strict 30 second period to present an open mouth will be enforced. Should an empty mouth not be shown, one (1) entire Pulled Brisket Slider will be deducted from the overall total, regardless of the amount eaten. A judge will count each finished Pulled Brisket Slider successfully eaten in a total time of 10 minutes by way of how many Pulled Brisket Sliders remain. In the event of a tie, a head-to-head battle will take place to see who can eat one Pulled Brisket Slider the fastest. Competitors must place their hands flat on the table prior to the start of the tiebreaker. The judge will count in the start of the competition with a 3-2-1 count down. The competitor who shows an open mouth first will be declared the winner. The Grand Champion, Runner up and Third Place will be determined by the highest amount of eaten Pulled Brisket Sliders. IMPORTANT/PLEASE NOTE All contestants will be required to sign a waiver. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize(s) must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred.

Contestants will have 10 minutes to eat 16 Pulled Brisket Sliders (Pro), or 8 Pulled Brisket Sliders (Amateur) for their chance to share in $2,000 worth of cash and prizes.
We’ll have some of Australia’s best ranked eaters taking part, as well as a heap of Amateur contestants. Who’ll be crowned Australia’s best Pulled Brisket Slider eater?
