Rules (if applicable) : Eaters will have 20 minutes to eat as many Burger Urge Boston Cheese Burgers as possible. Burgers must be eaten whole, one after the other. Only after the previous burger is completely in the contestants mouth (including any dropped ingredients on the plate) can the person start eating the next burger. The person who eats the most whole burgers in that 20 minute period will be deemed the winner and will be awarded the major prize. Chimpmunking at the end of the competition is allowed. Dunking throughout the competition is not allowed. In the event of a tie, any partly eaten burger will be weighed and the entrant with the smallest amount of burger left, by gram, will win. Should no other burger be eaten, the contestant can nominate a burger to be weighed. The nominated burger cannot be modified or touched prior to the nomination. Any contestant that vomits within the 20 minute competition period will be disqualified.

To celebrate the launch of Burger Urge’s new cheese burger, the Boston Cheese, Burger Urge is holding a Boston Cheese Burger Eating Competition Friday 23rd June at Burger Urge Nundah Village.

Join us at 4pm to watch 20 of Brisbane’s best competitive eaters battle it out for the ultimate prize – a free trip to Boston, USA!

This year will see the return of Col the Conqueror, reigning champion of the BU Trump Burger Eating Competition 2016.

Last year, Col won the comp by eating 13 burgers in 20 minutes (closely followed by Chris “Goku Gainz” Davey who ate 12 and a half burgers in 20 minutes). To shake things up this year, Col has agreed to a one burger handicap 😏
