Rules (if applicable) : - Contestants have 3 minutes to eat as much Smoked Festival Pulled Pork as possible. - Liquids can be consumed as part of the competition, and can only be supplied by Smoked Festival. - Contestants must not leave the table at any time during the competition. Those who do will instantly be disqualified. Contestants who have a “reversal” are instantly disqualified. A reversal will be determined by the head judge with no further discussion entered into. The judges decision is final. “Chipmunking” is permitted. At the end of the 3 minutes, what goes in and stays in counts, so long as it’s consumed within 2 minutes after the 3 minutes has elapsed. Failure to finish will result in a 100g penalty.

How much pulled pork could you eat in 5 minutes?

Saturday 7 February at the Rockhampton Showgrounds, you’ll have the chance to share in $1,000 worth of cash and prizes!

Each contestant will have 2kg of Pulled Pork to eat as quickly or as much as possible, with the winners being determined by who has eaten the most at the end of that 5 minute period. Will there be something other than Pulled Pork? Maybe. Maybe not. We’ll keep you guessing up until the event!

This is a Pro-Am event, meaning everyone gets to compete for the same prize pool.
