For its 11th year, Niji Sushi will find out who Australia’s fastest sushi eater is! The record is 4:54 set by Joseph “Big Dags” Dagher in 2020, an unranked outsider snatching victory from ranked pro eaters.

Amateur Contestants will have 10 minutes to finish 50 pieces of sushi and rolls, and 1 wasabi ball. The Professional Division will require eaters to eat 100 pieces of sushi and 2 wasabi balls. The competition will be fierce! And the prizes are amazing!
